Marine Consulting was formed as a private company in 1991 for the purpose of providing subsea technical and engineering offshore services to the international oil and gas industry.

Today Marine Consulting is a leading company in the provision of a complete range of offshore services, its main projects involve diving and ROV support services, marine and underwater engineering services including offshore inspection, repair, maintenance, decommissioning of existing structures such as pipelines, flowlines, cables, fixed platforms, drilling rigs, SBM and FPSO System and salvage works. The operations base, located in Ravenna, occupies some 7800 square meters of open space and 2800 square meters of covered area including office space, electronic and mechanical workshops, warehousing facilities.

Marine Consulting is a member of IMCA and operates a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 principles. Our diving procedures and code of practice comply with IMCA rules and guidelines. Our personnel complies with IMCA rules and guidelines. Our personnel is certified for Non-Destructive Testing according to UNI EN 473 and ASNT-TC-1A and IMCA for diving operations.
